Your New York Sports Blog was founded on January 30th, 2008 with a post about our favorite New York Ranger defenseman Marek Malik. Since then we have created a Facebook group called the New York Sports Bunch. It is still new and looking for new members to sign up and join the party so click here to join today.

Our main goal is to provide you with discussion, trade rumors, recent news, opinions, links, and recaps from all of your favorite New York teams including the NY Mets, NY Yankees, NY Rangers, NY Islanders, NY Giants, NY Jets, and NY Knicks.

We all know there is no place like New York so why not create a place with all of New York and were all New York fans can join together under one roof.

My name is Joe and I'm an incoming sophomore at Fairfield University.

I love to play soccer, starting to play hockey, and I'm also a fan of the Yankees and Giants.
However, I've been a Ranger fan since I could comprehend who they were. Feel free to shoot me an e-mail or leave a comment on any one of my posts here in this blog!

I am 21 years old going into my senior year at SUNY Cortland. Currently a member of the football team hoping to crack the starting lineup at the cornerback spot. I edited the school newspaper this past semester and have written and will continue to write. I currently do construction for my fathers company and just landed an internship with Long Island Press. I hope find a career somewhere in the sports/media field but would really love to be a professional football scout. Professional inside the office but keep it real on the streets.
