Eli Manning On Madden Cover?
"Early reports and whispers from the EA Sports offices have them in deep talks with Giants Super Bowl wining quarterback Eli Manning, brother of Peyton Manning of the previous year's Super Bowl winners the Colts.
If Manning is selected to the cover of the 2009 Madden game Eli would be another quarterback in a long line of past Madden covers including McNabb, Vick, and Culpepper.
I'll keep everyone updated if i hear otherwise but as of right now it appears like Eli will be the Madden 2009 Cover guy!"
I am not a believer in these curses, but lets hope this doesn't happen because if history repeats itself he will go down with every other QB and something bad happens to him. Eli has started to blossom and why I would love to buy Madden with a Giant on the cover they better take the Vince Young approach and not really get hurt.
