Yankees Win Case

The New York Yankees won their arbitration case with Chien-Ming Wang today. Wang had asked for $4.6 million, while the Yankees were offering $600,000 or $4 million. Not much of a difference so it does not really matter. When Brian Cashman was asked if he wanted to talk a long term deal he said he did not because it is too risky with young pitchers.
