NY Scoreboard 4/11

The Mets defeated the Brewers 4-2. Wow where did Nelson Figueroa come from. He retired the 1st 14 batters and picked up the win on 6 innings of work. Well again Angel Pagan was a main part of the offense going 2-4 with a RBI. Reyes was pulled and appears he will be out tomorrow possible the whole weekend.

The Yankees beat the Red Sox 4-1. Pitching was the game Wang was the name. Dude was a beast 9 innings, 2 hits, 1 run. The Great Gambino hit a bomb to center field that accounted for the winning run and Melk Man and Cano were the only 2 Yanks without a hit.

The Knicks lost to the Hawks 116-104. Nice to see the Knicks back on track at the end of the season for a last push to the lottery. If you really care how they lost Joe Johnson just owned the Knicks and Wilson Chandler dropped 18 points of the bench.

The Rangers beat the Devils 2-1 to go up in the series 2-0. Jagr's goal was a classic right off of Marty's number. The Ranger fans were great on the road giving standing O's for penalty kills and getting Marty chants(mocking him) and Henrik chants going. The Gomez/Langensucker thing was pretty funny and the King was King looking foward to game 3 on Sunday.
