Isiah Said What?
New York Knick's general manager and head coach has some peculiar statements about the trade deadline. The Knicks who have the second highest salary in the league at $89,644,470, behind the Dallas Mavericks who recently acquired Jason Kidd. Well here is what he said when asked if his goal was to get the Knick's under the salary cap.
NY Daily News:
"That's not our goal," Thomas said. "Our goal is to continue to get better, but be mindful of where we are. We've done a good job the last couple years of bringing the number down.
"So we're in a good position. We've got young talent. We've got a cap that's going down or a number that's going down, but you want to turn that into some wins also."
The Knick's sport one of the worst records in the league and have played sloppy ball all year. They have no hope this season even in a terrible league and should try and lose to have a better shot at Beasley. They are pretty much going to get a top 5 pick and most places ar predicting them to take one of my personal favorites O.J. Mayo from USC. They should trade "Starberry"" and Randolph for cap relief, young players, and picks and move on and rebuild. Isiah needs to go and has no idea what to do with this team.
