Get Your Popcorn Ready
Tomorrow night February 3rd at 6 pm(Est) the New York football Giants will be taking on the New England Patriots. The Patriots are the clear favorite coming into the Super Bowl with an undefeated record of 18-0. The Giants haven't done so bad either with a record of 13-6. The G-Men have a few things working in the favor. They have the momentum of winning 3 straight playoff games in which Eli Manning has not turned the ball over once, knowing they can compete with the "great and mighty" Patriots coming o so close to beating them in the last regular season game and they have won 10 straight road games dating back to the regular season in which they lost their first game of the season to the Cowboys.
One site has that 58%(303 votes) have picked the Giants and I am going to agree with them. Call me biased but I am predicting a 27-21 Giants win. My friend predicted a 28-21 Patriots win. I feel that the power/speed combo of Jacobs and Bradshaw will be too much for the Patriots to handle and that Eli will have another solid game and keep it to 0 or 1 turnovers. Osi and Strahan will combine for 2.5 sacks and Tom Brady will throw 3 TD's 1 to Moss and 2 to Welker. It will be a great game, but the New York team will come out on top for the 1st superbowl victory since 1991 when the Giants defeated the 15-4 Buffalo Bills 20-19 in Super Bowl XXV, thanks to Matt Bahr's game winning field goal and the heroics of Super Bowl MVP Ottis Anderson.
