The Mets defeated the Phillies 4-3 in 12 innings. Angel Pagan has just been amazing and is making me forget about Alou (for right now). He went 3-5 with 2 runs and 1 RBI hitting .370 on the season. Ryan Church has also hit above expectations and is 2nd on the team with 8 RBI's. John Maine has nothing to show for 6 solid innings and Jorge Sosa threw 1 pitch for the win.

The Yankees beat the Royals 6-1. The Yanks were up 4-1 in the 9th before A-Rod and Jorge Posada hit back to back homeruns to put the game out of reach. The Yankees key to success is STARTER-JOBA-MO. All 4 times that has happened the Yanks won. Pettitte picked up the win going 6.2 giving up when run, gave the ball to Joba for 1.1 with 2K's, and Mo finishes it off. Joba+Mo=BEAST.


The Knicks were not in action. Their next game is Friday, April 11th against the Atlanta Hawks.





The Rangers were not in action tonight. Their next game is Friday, April 11th against the Devils. Rangers are up in the series 1-0.
