The Mets beat the Nationals 6-0. Mike Pelfrey(W) was terrific pitching 7 shutout innings. Jose Reyes was terrific coming back and went 4-5 with a triple and double. Wright 3-4 with a homerun, 2 doubles, and 5 RBI's. Duaner Sanchez made his season debut and pitched a scoreless 9th inning.


The Yankees beat the Rays 5-3. Pettitte(W) gave up 3 runs over 7 innings, then handed it over to Farnsworth who took Joba's spot and pitched a scoreless 8th and Mo(S) finished it off. Offensively Derek Jeter had a great game going 3-4 with a run and an RBI, Hideki Matsui also a good game going 2-5 with a 2 run homerun.


The Knicks were not in action tonight. Their next and final game is Wednesday, April 16th against the Indiana Pacers.




The Rangers were not in action tonight. Their next game is Wednesday, April 16th against the Devils. The Rangers lead the series 2-1.
